"Digital Advantage: What Makes a Company Good at IT?"

It is becoming increasingly clear that IT matters for business – that IT increases the intensity and pace of competition and leads to greater performance differences between leaders and laggards. But what distinguishes companies that are able to harness the power of digital technology from those that are not? Which IT management and organizational practices are most closely linked to superior performance? Which ones seem not to matter much?

September - December 2010:   MBA Student Projects
Sponsors submit projects that MBA student teams utilize as term projects. This is a no-cost opportunity for Sponsors to have MBAs work on short-term projects, and leverage faculty/student relationships.
